First Reggae Mix is Finally Here! Download Link Below!!!

Wussup Peoples! The other day I was getting some pressure from some friends of mine to produce a Reggae Mix CD. So Yesterday I finally decided to get to it and I think I got it right on the first take! It's all new Reggae joints on there and it is 26 minutes long. The link is below for a free DJ BLAZE REGGAE MIX #1 download:

In order to get the file, simply click the link above and wait for the counter in the upper right hand corner to countdown till the end. Then you must close this little window that pops up over the counter and press Start download. Then it will save to your computer for you to play.

I am still using a fairly new sound capture program called Adobe Audition to record my mixes and I still need to work out the kinks....forgive me for having such low bass! I will correct it on my future mixes. Enjoy!

Wladimir Klitschko Breaks Chris Byrd's FACE in FIGHT!!!

Wussup peoples! I think we finally have a seriously good heavyweight fighter that now has one of the Championship belts. The Wladimir Klitschko (right) vs Chris Byrd (left) fight just finished about 15 minutes ago. Wladimir had Chris all beat up from the door. The first round was competitive but after that, it was all downhill. Chris went down once in the 5th round and again in the seventh round for the final KO. He did get back on his feet but the referee looked at Chris' face and saw the blood completely covering it...So he wisely called the fight. Wladimir Klitschko is the REAL DEAL now when it comes to boxing heavyweights...I don't think there is anyone who can beat him! He is definitely the front-runner in my book!

Floyd Mayweather is ORDERED to Rematch Zab Judah!!!

Yes Sir! You heard it correctly! Floyd Mayweather is ORDERED by the IBF Championship Boxing President, to give Zab Judah a rematch for the welterweight Title belt. He also states that the rematch MUST happen by August 8th and no later or Mayweather will be stripped of his championship belt and it will either go back to Judah or be vacant. This is all stemming from the incident in the ring in the 10th round of their last fight. The video-tape clearly shows Judah being choked by Roger Mayweather (Floyd Mayweather's Uncle and trainer) for an ENTIRE MINUTE! I saw the tape for myself and I can verify. Mayweather has until April 22nd to respond, but I am sure he will take the rematch...even if its something he doesn't want to do...

Also in boxing news...Heavyweight Champion Chris Byrd (who is regarded by many as the best heavyweight in the business) is fighting Wladimir Klitschko for the belt this Saturday at 5pm Eastern Time on HBO for FREE! This is a must see fight and should be a great showdown. The fight is being held in Germany (Klitschko's hometown) and this is why the fight is going down so early in our time. Good luck to both fighters, as I really don't care for either one of them... Where is Mike Tyson in his prime when we need him...

Mayweather Zab Judah Fight Was All That I Expected!!!

Well, sorry everyone for the late post on the biggest fight of the year...Zab Judah vs Floyd Mayweather. This was a fight for one of the Welterweight Title belts that belonged to Zab Judah. The fight took place Saturday night in Las Vegas. There was a heavy celebrity turnout and the fight was a damn good one with an obvious outcome.
Everyone was pretty sure that Mayweather was going to win this fight because he is still undefeated and regarded as the BEST boxer in the world! I also agree with that assumption. Well, the fight started off with Zab Judah surprising everyone! Zab Judah came out a bit faster and harder than Mayweather and took an early 2 round lead. In the second round...Zab Judah even hit Mayweather with a SUPER hard blow that actually made Mayweather's glove hit the ground to regain his balance. The referee didn't see this as a knockdown and thought it was a slip, but the replay clearly shows Mayweather's glove and knee hit the canvas for a split second. Oh, well...Mayweather regained his composure in rounds 3-12. He dominated the rest of the fight, so even if it was scored as a knockdown....Judah still would have lost anyway.
Mayweather Dominated so easily after he found Zab's weaknesses. In the 10th round, there was a scuffle in the ring as Zab Judah gave Mayweather an obvious low blow and a quick rabbit punch (that the ref didn't see again!!!) that made Mayweather's trainer and Uncle Roger Mayweather enter the ring and ran after Judah. It was Chaos in the ring! They regained all order and finished out the fight. In round 12, Mayweather was taunting Judah and pointing at his chin telling Judah to hit him, but of course, he couldn't! So Mayweather won the fight...but, everything is not said and done just yet!!!
Because Mayweather's uncle entered the ring, there is a possibility that he was supposed to be disqualified. After the Fight, Don King stepped into the ring demanding that Mayweather should be disqualified because someone from his camp entered the ring. Under the Nevada athletic commission; if anyone from a fighter's camp enters the ring, then that fighter is supposed to be automatically disqualified. So there is to be a hearing on Thursday April 13th to see who will be the ACTUAL winner of the fight. The money that both fighters was to be paid is being held until the completion of the hearing. We'll just have to wait and see what happens next!

V for Vendetta is the Sickest Movie of the Year (so far...)!!!

I just came back from the movies seeing V for Vendetta. The movie was an absolute must see for anyone who hasn't seen it yet. The movie is all about revolution and standing up to your fears. It was made by the creators of the Matrix (hence the story of revolution). It takes place in a time like today where people are being scared by the media, and where politicians are corrupt. It is a nice action flick as well as educational. Awsome movie!

The kid is Reviewing the NUMARK DXMPRO MIXER for DJbooth.net!

Wussup Peoples! I am still here chillin and living it up... and still messing around with this mixer that Numark sent me (DXMPRO). This mixer is great at what it does. I am very pleased with the unit. The review and site update will be on DJbooth.net very soon. But for now here are some pics of the unit integrated into the setup:

Sergei Liakhovich Just Won the Heavyweight Title from Lamon Brewster!

Well, yet again, I was watching more boxing as usual. Lamon Brewster (left)...one of my favorite heavyweights just lost his belt to Sergei Liakhovich (right). There are a total of 4 heavyweight title belts floating around and this was the fight for the WBO World Heavyweight Championship belt. I am so heated when I saw the loss; but it happens in boxing a whole lot lately. Lamon Brewster even knocked the guy down in the 7th round, but he still didn't do enough to win the fight. In the 9th round Lamon showed amazing heart when getting hit with multiple power shots against the ropes, refused to go down (below)!

Lamon was in trouble on many different occurances but stayed on his feet. They both fought very well and it was an EXCITING fight! Oh well...U know there is going to be a rematch!
